Files: held in memory only while the scan runs — Scanify never writes your file to disk or keeps a copy. The file is submitted to VirusTotal for analysis, and like every VirusTotal submission it becomes available to their community of security vendors and researchers. URLs: checked against VirusTotal, Google Safe Browsing, and URLScan.io, which means the URL is shared with those services. Domain-level results (the domain, not your full URL) may also be published as a public Scanify safety report so others can benefit from the verdict.
