Scanify is operated by ShieldScan. Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle").
We offer a full refund on any Pro subscription payment if you request it within 14 days of that payment. No reasons or qualifying conditions are required — if you are not satisfied for any reason, you will receive a full refund of that payment.
To request a refund, email us at shieldscansupport@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account, or contact Paddle directly. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain Pro access until then.
